Ivy Liu

Ivy Liu has been with Huawei since July 2010, currently serving as HR Director. From 2010 to 2012, Ivy managed recruitment and campus hiring initiatives, ensuring business needs were met through effective talent acquisition strategies. From 2012 to 2014, Ivy focused on personnel allocation, developing plans to meet annual human resource requirements and overseeing new employee management and training programs. Between 2014 and 2016, Ivy was responsible for competency management, guiding employee capability development, and implementing strategic personnel deployments. From January 2017 to March 2020, Ivy served as HR Director for the Hubei region, overseeing various human resource functions, including talent development and organizational optimization. Since March 2020, Ivy has held the same HR Director role for the Shanghai region. Ivy holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and an MBA from Hunan University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northeastern University (CN).
