Maureen Mussel

Maureen Mussel, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, and governance. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Cyber Security, IT Risk and Governance at Hubbell Incorporated since January 2021, Maureen has successfully established the first Cyber Governance and Risk organization and implemented a GRC tool for centralized control execution and policy management. Prior to this, Maureen held various significant positions, including Director of Cyber Security for Identity and Access Management at Raytheon Technologies post-merger with United Technologies, and Director of Cyber Security - IAM Business Operations at United Technologies, where Maureen developed business operations and enhanced digital identity programs. Previous roles also include leadership positions at GE Capital, The Phoenix Companies, Siemens, Michelin, and Command Systems, emphasizing project management, quality assurance, and process improvement. Maureen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Clemson University and an MBA from Sacred Heart University.
