Andrew S. Richter

Andrew joined the Board in 1999 and serves on the Executive, Finance, Compensation, Strategic Planning, and Human Resources Committees. He is also Chair of the HRHCare Foundation. Andrew passionately believes in the mission of community health centers and proudly describes HRHCare as “Best in Class.” His doctoral fieldwork in a third-world country, along with living below the Federal poverty line as a grad student, helped him to understand on a personal level that everyone deserves high-quality medical care. In addition to a career as a human resources executive and management consultant, Andrew serves on the boards of Hudson Health Plan, the Yale University Graduate Student Alumni Association, and the University of Wisconsin Sociology Department Board of Visitors. He enjoys fly fishing, squash, and printmaking.
