Patrick Lyons is the current Chief Financial Officer at Hudson. Patrick was previously the Director of Constituency Programs and Services at NYSUT from July 2017 to January 2020, and before that, the Assistant to the President from August 2009 to July 2017. In their role as Director of Constituency Programs and Services, they were responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of production and program development for the Annual Representative Assembly, Local Presidents Conference, NYSUT Local Action Project, NYSUT Leadership Institute, and various other constituency-based statewide conferences and meetings. Patrick also developed and implemented the schedule and curriculum for the organizational staff training program, and managed various organized professional and administrative staff. In their role as Assistant to the President, they worked with national, state and local affiliates, elected leadership and senior management team to establish and implement internal and external organizational strategies and objectives. Patrick also oversaw and managed organizational governance requirements and practices, state and local union elections, internal policymaking committees and task forces. Patrick developed oral and written reports and presentations for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, various task force meetings, general membership meetings and the Annual Representative Assembly. Patrick represented the President and other Officers at various meetings and events. Patrick also oversaw various Management-Confidential staff. Patrick assisted in the development of $140 million organizational budget, including primary responsibility for development and oversight of special projects and departmental budget.

Patrick Lyons received their Master of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany and their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.

Patrick Lyons reports to Jeffrey E. Eberwein, CEO. They work with Kimberley Hubble - Chief Executive Officer APAC, Lori Hock - Chief Executive Officer Americas, and Darren Lancaster - Chief Executive Officer EMEA.
