Markus Stampp

Markus Stampp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR systems and digitalization. Since April 2012, Markus has led the HR Systems Team at HUGO BOSS, focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors operations, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Project Manager for HR Digitalization and Expert IT Project Manager, overseeing global IT projects such as SAP rollout and omnichannel implementation. Additionally, Markus has provided expertise in workforce management, talent management, and employee self-service as an Expert Consultant in IT HR. Before joining HUGO BOSS, Markus worked as an SAP HR Consultant at cellent AG from October 2009 to March 2012. Markus holds a Dipl.-Kfm. techn. in Betriebswirtschaftlehre from the University of Stuttgart.
