Drew Pickens

Drew Pickens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, sales training, and logistics management. Currently serving as a Faculty Member at the Human Capital Institute since January 2024, Drew delivers high-quality professional development courses for Human Resources professionals. Previously, Drew held various leadership roles at BNSF Logistics from July 2019 to September 2023, including Director of Digital Freight Services and Director of Inside Sales, focusing on digital freight operations and team leadership for business growth. Prior to that, Drew dedicated over three decades to DHL Express, where roles included Sr. Manager of Learning and Development for Sales Training and Sales Training Specialist, emphasizing training programs to enhance the performance of the sales team. Drew's early career at DHL involved several operational and customer service roles, providing a comprehensive background in logistics. Drew holds a BA in Economics from Eastern New Mexico University and further education from Wright State University.
