Ishan Sinha

Prior to Human Capital, Ishan was a part of the founding team at Point72 Ventures, the venture capital arm of Point72, the $15B global asset manager. In his five years there, he helped lead the team’s investments in financial services and consumer businesses and was lucky to back incredible entrepreneurs from all over the world. Before joining the venture capital world, Ishan was a long/short analyst at Point72, where he learned how to conduct deep, fundamental research on companies and industries.

Ishan joined Human Capital to help build out the team’s investing and underwriting engine. He firmly believes that the best investment decisions are rigorously researched and data-driven, and he's excited to bring his experience to the platform here.

Outside of work, Ishan likes to spend time with his fiancée and dog (Ringo), listen to way too many New England Patriots-related podcasts, and play guitar.
