Charleigh J. Flohr is an experienced professional in public policy and research with a focus on LGBTQ+ issues. Currently serving as Senior Research Manager at the Human Rights Campaign since July 2019, Charleigh previously held the position of Research Manager within the same organization. Additional experience includes a Graduate Intern consultancy at the National Center for Transgender Equality and founding the McCourt School of Public Policy LGBTQ+ Policy Initiative at Georgetown University, where Charleigh also served as Senior Editor and Online Writer for the Georgetown Public Policy Review. Charleigh has interned at various organizations, including the Democracy Fund, Center for American Progress, and Congressional Management Foundation. Charleigh holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a specialization in Econometrics and Survey Methodology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Coastal Carolina University.
