Justin Unga

Justin Unga brings over 15 years of political, policy, and campaign experience to his role as HRC’s Director of Strategic Initiatives. Justin previously served as deputy executive director for the Arizona Democratic Party, where he led efforts to increase voter registration, strengthen the state party’s grassroots operation, maximize participation in party caucuses and conventions, and increase public engagement in Arizona’s unique redistricting process.

Justin later served as political director on Kyrsten Sinema’s (D-AZ) first campaign for Congress, communications director for Congresswoman Sinema after she was elected, and communications director for Congresswoman Katherine Clark (D-MA).
