Jennifer Gowdy has extensive experience in consumer experience leadership and agile transformation within Humana since August 2005, currently serving as the Consumer Experience Lead for the Complaints (CTMs) Stars Measure. Jennifer has successfully driven member satisfaction initiatives and fostered collaboration across various teams. As an Associate Director in Experience Strategy & Transformation, Jennifer provided coaching in Scaled Agile Framework practices and led product transformation efforts. Previous roles include Lead Product Manager, Process Manager, and Business Consultant, showcasing strong project management, agile leadership, and operational readiness skills. Additionally, Jennifer is a certified group exercise instructor with the YMCA, teaching Les Mills BodyPump classes. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Northern Kentucky University.
