Laura Bartus, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning for Humana's CenterWell Pharmacy, overseeing the training and development of 12,000 associates. Laura has a proven track record of integrating learning teams into organizational frameworks, creating effective development programs, and establishing metrics to demonstrate the business impact of learning initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness and Organization Effectiveness Lead at Humana, in addition to advisory positions for Corporate Learning Network and Consero. Laura holds a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor’s in English from Texas A&M University, and has contributed to educational improvement as a former English teacher and curriculum developer.
