Tara McMahon

Tara McMahon is a seasoned professional in case management and behavioral health, currently serving as the Manager of Case Management at Humana since January 2024. Previously, Tara held the position of Supervisor Case Management in Long Term Care at Meridian from October 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included team management, staff training, and ensuring quality care for members with complex health needs. With experience as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator, Program Therapist, and Crisis Counselor, Tara has developed strong skills in case management, crisis response, and therapy provision. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Community Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Argosy University, along with an Associate’s degree in Arts, Criminal Justice from Harper College.
