James Zelaska

James Zelaska is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and real estate. Currently serving as a Cloud Technician - Tier II at HumanTouch, LLC since July 2025, James previously held roles as an Information Technology Administrator and Junior IT Administrator at Executive 1 Holding Company, LLC, managing operations for multiple domains and responding to security incidents. Before transitioning to IT, James was a Sales Manager and Senior Real Estate Agent at Smith | Schnider, LLC, where management of high-value multi-family residential projects and private property portfolios was key. James also has a foundation in broadcasting, having worked at WAMU 88.5 and its Bluegrass Country station as a Programming Coordinator, Audio Archivist, and Production Assistant. James holds a degree in Music Production/Recording Technology from Shenandoah University.
