Marissa Bristol

Marissa Bristol, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Risk at Hunter Health since October 2025. Previously, Marissa was a Patient Safety Manager at Synensys, where key accomplishments included leading the Military Health System Patient Safety Program and achieving a 25% reduction in safety events. Marissa's diverse experience spans roles in risk management, quality improvement, and business development at various healthcare organizations, including Rock Regional Hospital and Newton Medical Center, where Marissa implemented effective strategies to enhance patient safety and regulatory compliance. Marissa holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global and a degree in Health Services Management from Wichita State University.
