Ms. France is Chief Executive Officer and President of France Strategic Partners LLC, a strategy and transaction advisory firm serving corporate clients across the country. Before founding France Strategic Partners in 2003, Ms. France was a managing director of Ernst & Young LLP where she led a national client-facing strategy group.

Ms. France has more than 35 years of strategy, investment banking and corporate finance experience and has served as strategic advisor to over 250 companies throughout her career. Previously Ms. France was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers in New York and San Francisco. Prior to Lehman Brothers, she served as the international cash manager of Marathon Oil Company. Ms. France serves on the boards of Cedar Fair LP (audit committee chair) and CBIZ, Inc., and previously served on the boards of FirstMerit Corporation (nominating and governance committee chair); Dawn Food Products, Inc. and Mack Industries. She is also a director of the BNY Mellon Family of Funds. Ms. France is a trustee of Baldwin Wallace University and the Cleveland Modern Dance Association. She was a founding board member and treasurer of In Counsel with Women. Ms. France holds a bachelor of science in finance magna cum laude from Indiana University and a master of management in finance with the highest distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
