Danielle Linert

Danielle Linert is the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Employment Law at Huntington National Bank, where they provide legal support to the Human Resources Segment and lead the employment law function. Prior to this role, Danielle was a Partner at Giffen & Kaminski, LLC, defending employers in various employment-related matters and advising in-house counsel and management. They also served as Director of Employment Law & Litigation at Albertsons and practiced as an Attorney at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk Law School, earned in 1995.
