Michelle Brown, ETA CPP, is an experienced professional in risk management and merchant operations, currently serving as Segment Risk Manager - Due Diligence at Huntington National Bank since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Director of Merchant Operations at Priority from November 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included guiding client partners and educating cross-departmental teams.
