Tony Pulice

Tony’s experience includes majority and minority equity recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings for businesses across a variety of industries. Prior to Huron Capital, Tony was with Rockbridge Growth Equity Management, L.P., a middle-market private equity firm, backed by Dan Gilbert, focused on private equity investments in the consumer and tech-enabled business service sectors. Prior to Rockbridge, Tony was on the investment team in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs & Co., where he was responsible for buyouts and structured investments focused primarily in the business service, industrial and technology sectors. Tony also worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Technology, Media and Telecommuncation Group, where he was responsible for the execution of mergers and acquisitions advisory and capital raising transactions. He started his career at The Boston Consulting Group, where he was focused on strategic management consulting in the consumer goods and business products sectors.

B.A. in Economics from The University of Chicago; M.B.A. from The University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship.
