Mike Orlando

Mike Orlando is a seasoned professional in business transformation and strategic growth within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Transformation Services at Huron since November 2025, Orlando previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Emcara Health from November 2023 to November 2025, where responsibilities included leading financial and operational business transformation and rebuilding the sales organization. Prior to that, Orlando contributed to American Health Network, part of Optum, as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Strategy from June 2021 to November 2023. Additional experience includes various leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Director of Innovation Project and Capital Management, Director of UHC Transformation, and Associate Director of Transformation from December 2017 to June 2021. Orlando earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management from January 2008 to January 2012.
