Paul Shapiro serves as the Managing Director in Huron’s Performance Acceleration practice since September 2023, focusing on transforming organizational operations through culture, strategy, and execution. With over 20 years of experience, Shapiro previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at PS212 Degrees from February 2020 to October 2023, aiding organizations in navigating competitive and disruptive landscapes. Prior to that, Shapiro was the CEO of the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children, working to safeguard children globally, and also served as President & CEO and Founder/Managing Partner at Vie for 13 years, emphasizing high-performance expectations in organizations. Earlier career achievements include significant contributions at Valassis, enhancing sales performance, and successful positions at Ketchum and TBWA\Chiat\Day, leading large-scale business growth initiatives. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from Kent State University.
