Luke Henry Wiles

Luke Henry Wiles is an experienced energy professional currently serving as the Director of Energy Origination at Hut 8 since October 2025. Prior to this role, Luke held positions as Energy Supply Director and Senior Energy Strategist at Eneus Energy Ltd from March 2024 to October 2025. Luke was also a Senior Hydrogen Strategist at Enel Green Power from August 2021 to February 2024. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Nel Hydrogen from June 2015 to July 2021, such as Project Manager and Electrolyzer Test System Manager, as well as positions as a Chemical Engineer and Engineering Research Assistant. Luke's career began at Associated Energy Developers as a Wind Site Analyst in 2013. In addition to practical experience, Luke holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business (2017-2024) and completed the Business Development School at SDA Bocconi (May 2022 - September 2023). Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Materials Science and Engineering, from the University of Connecticut (2010-2015).
