Ximena Aponte

Ximena Aponte has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Ximena is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Hutchison PLLC, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operations Officer at Krompecher Law Firm from May 2017 to February 2023, where they played a key role in designing and implementing business operations and establishing company policies. In 2017, Ximena briefly worked as an HR Consultant and Professional Interpreter/Translator (Spanish) under their own company name.

Before that, they served as an HR Manager - Benefits Administrator at York Properties from May 2014 to February 2017, where they focused on employee relations and communication of company policies. Ximena also worked as an HR Consultant at RPG Solutions from November 2013 to May 2014, providing a wide range of HR services to clients.

Ximena has also held HR and safety-related roles at Greenscape Inc. from April 2011 to August 2013, where they were in charge of recruitment, training, and safety management. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager - Payroll and AR at CTI Property Services from June 2002 to April 2011, overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Additionally, Ximena has experience as a Spanish Interpreter at PTIS Professional Translation and Interpretation Services from 2003 to 2011, and as a Manager at Dos Taquitos Mexican Restaurant from December 2000 to June 2002. Throughout their career, Ximena has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in HR management, and proficiency in language interpretation.

Ximena Aponte attended Universidad de La Sabana from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they pursued a Minor in Finance during their studies.
