Amy Jansen

Amy Jansen has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles focused on safety, project management, and business services. Currently serving in a city safety position at Hutt City Council since September 2024, Amy previously worked with Fire and Emergency NZ from January 2018 to July 2024, holding multiple titles including Kairuruku kaupapa Hiwa-i-te-rangi and Business Services Coordinator. From May 2014 to January 2018, Amy contributed as a Business Services Administrator at the Office of the Ombudsman New Zealand. Earlier roles included a Sales Representative at Ballantynes and a Resident Assistant with CAMPUS LIVING VILLAGES NZ LIMITED. Amy is also an alumna of the University of Canterbury and has completed further education at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa in 2020 and 2021.
