Chris Hilder

Chris Hilder is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people and development practices. Currently serving as a People & Development Advisor at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers since March 2022, Chris focuses on creating high-performance cultures that enhance quality, productivity, and talent retention. Previously, Chris held various roles at David Jones from March 2003 to June 2021, including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, and Training Officer. In these positions, Chris managed a variety of HR services, including employee relations, workforce planning, training, and performance management, while also advising on workplace investigations and change management. Chris holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training from CLB Training.
