Michael Gendron has extensive experience in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and space program leadership, beginning as Chief of the Unmanned Systems and Space Division at HQ AFSOC from 2005 to 2007, where programs supported Special Operations Forces. Following this role, Gendron served as Vice President of Aviation Services at BOSH Global Services from 2007 to 2012, leading UAS and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) support services and developing training programs for the Air Force Academy. From 2012 to 2014, Gendron held the position of President and Principal Consultant at Mission Driven Group LLC, delivering UAS support and ISR consulting services. Since July 2014, Gendron has been Vice President of Business Strategy and Development at HX5, LLC, focusing on capturing complex Department of Defense and NASA contracts. Gendron holds a Master of Science in Mathematics Education from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
