Dustin Ross Fiddler is a Senior Manager, Indigenous Relations, Partnerships, and Business Development at Hydro One, where they focus on advancing Ontario's energy infrastructure through First Nations equity partnerships. Their role involves leading negotiations for Hydro One’s First Nations 50-50 Equity Partnership Model, promoting collaboration and reconciliation. Prior to this, Dustin served as a Councillor for Waterhen Lake First Nation from 2016 to 2023 and held various positions, including Board Member for the Waterhen Lake First Nation Development Corporation and the Waterhen Lake Forestry & Trucking. They also contributed as a Provincial Indigenous Engagement Specialist for the Government of Saskatchewan in 2023 and are currently the Director of Policy & Government Relations for the Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres. Dustin's educational background includes studies at the University of Saskatchewan and The University of British Columbia.
