Katia Luca

Katia Luca is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as a Conseillère and Chargée de programmes at Hydro Québec since January 2022. With a strong background in IT development and optimization, Katia leads the O365 implementation for the Marine royale canadienne as an IT Development and Optimization Team Lead. Since 2009, Katia has been managing various programs and projects at Anou Inc., focusing on consulting mandates and the establishment of PMOs. Previously, Katia held the position of Deputy Director at Cégep à distance from February 2018 to December 2021, overseeing a significant transformation of the service and managing over 60 professionals across multidisciplinary teams. Additional roles include Production and Project Director at pardeux e-Learning and Project Manager at Versacom and SDL plc. Katia holds a Baccalauréat from Université de Montréal and a Project Management certification from McGill University School of Continuing Studies.
