Previously, Ben held leadership roles at Tableau Software, LivePerson, and Qlik, where they optimized processes and prioritization for customer experience and service reliability. Prior experience at Microsoft and Electronic Arts provided a strong foundation in managing large-scale IT operations and developing cross-discipline teams.
