Jerry Fochtman

Jerry Fochtman has extensive experience in customer success management at Hyland, starting as a Quality Assurance Representative in 2008 and advancing through various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Success, from November 2010 to the present. Prior to joining Hyland, Jerry held roles focused on quality assurance and technical support, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Georgia Southern University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
