Sherry Odle

Sherry Odle is the AVP of Sourcing at Hyland. Sherry has been with the company since January 1999, and in their current role, they manage the establishment of new Legal Departments, including custom design of Contract Management solutions leveraging OnBase, ownership of partner licensing and SaaS contracting templates, and full life cycle contract management.

Prior to their current role, Ms. Odle served as the Senior Manager of Contracting at Hyland, where they oversaw contract terms, negotiations, and drafting to ensure optimal arrangements for Hyland. Sherry also conceptualized, developed, and established the Sourcing Management business unit from the ground up, including program policy design, sourcing function development, and recruitment of team members. In addition, they led the integration of acquired companies into Hyland processes and procedures for the Legal Department.

Before joining Hyland, Ms. Odle worked as a Network Administrator at KeyBank from January 1994 to December 1999.

Sherry Odle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Miami University.
