Paul Holl

Paul Holl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Network Build at Hyperoptic Ltd. since January 2021, Paul is responsible for the ambitious development of the Hyperoptic fibre network. Previous roles include Interim Field Operations Director at Mitie, where Paul led mobile field operations, and Director of Infrastructure Services at E.ON, overseeing substantial profit growth in infrastructure services. Paul also held various leadership positions at BT and Openreach, managing large teams and budgets while driving operational efficiency and employee engagement. With a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Business from University College London and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the Royal Naval Engineering College, Paul combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills developed during military service as a Weapons Engineer Officer in the Royal Navy.
