Shipra Purkayastha

Shipra Purkayastha has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Business Development. Shipra started their career in 1999 as Center Manager, Product Manager and Visiting Teaching Faculty at IMS Learning Resources. In 2004, they joined Career Launcher as Manager - HR & Processes and Country Manager - School Products. In 2014, they moved to Corporate Gurukul Pte. Ltd. as Vice President, Institutes Of Higher Learning (IHL) - Eastern India, where they were responsible for Business Development and Project Management for the Graduate Employability Program, Global Immersion Program and Faculty Development Program in Eastern India region. In 2015, they joined Savétur Pte Ltd as Vice President, HR & Operations. From 2016 to 2018, they were Product Head and Consultant at MindHour. Currently, they are working as HR Director at HyperXchange.

Shipra Purkayastha completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Jai Hindu jobs between 1995 and 1999 with a major in Commerce. Shipra then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research between 2000 and 2002, with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing.
