Brooke Skinner Ricketts is the current director at HyreCar. Brooke has also worked as an advisor at Haystack, Tamarind Hill Fund, and Avant. At Avant, they were responsible for shaping the brand of the premier fintech platform and helped transform the company from a transactional loan provider to a differentiated, empowering mobile credit company that improved access to borrowing for underserved people.

Brooke Skinner Ricketts has a BA in Politics Law & Society and Art Brooke'story from Bard College. Brooke also has a BA from Bard College at Simon's Rock in the same fields. Brooke has completed executive education in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Yale School of Management.
