Karen Tadd

Karen Tadd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management, operations, and consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Group Manager for Root Cause Analysis at Hyundai Motor America since December 2023, Tadd previously worked as a freelance contract employee at Lepidus, LLC, where coaching and management support were provided across various organizational levels from September 2019 to December 2023. As the Director of Quality at JAC Products from September 2014 to May 2019, Tadd oversaw Quality Management Systems across multiple regions, achieving significant improvements in third-party audit results. Earlier roles included co-ownership and COO responsibilities at Pescara Hand Crafted Foods and various leadership positions at Adaptive Materials and Hayes Lemmerz, where Tadd focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies. Tadd holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
