Sylvain Desmarais

Sylvain Desmarais has extensive experience in IT service management and infrastructure, currently serving as Directeur adjoint, Pratiques et plateforme ITSM at iA Groupe financier since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sylvain spent over eleven years at CN in various capacities, including Service Offering Manager expert for IT Service Management and Product Manager Expert for IT service and event management. Sylvain's career began at HP as a Technical Consultant, where expertise in technical solutions was developed. Sylvain holds educational qualifications from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Multihexa, and CEGEP Victoriaville.
