Marvin Richardson is the current CEO at iA. Prior to this, they were with [Avaneer Health](/org/avaneer-health), Driving Forward, and [Availity](/org/availity). Marvin also has experience as a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Trexin Group, LLC from October 2005 to January 2016. There, they provided executive management, financial assessment, and IT-focused business consulting services. Marvin has also held the position of Senior Vice President and CTO of Aon from October 2002 to September 2005 where they led application and technology strategy in addition to providing technology oversight for a $600 million outsourcing engagement.

Ryan Bingham is the Group President, Systems & Operations at iA. Ryan has previously worked as a Sr. Advisor at Deliverr Inc., Director - Global Supply Chain and FBS, Fluke Health Solutions Group, Fortive Corporation, Director at Amazon, and Director of Operations at Express Scripts. Bingham began their career as an Operations Manager at Danaher Corporation in 2009.

Thomas Utech is the Group President of Software & Product at iA. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the medical device and software industry. Prior to joining iA, Thomas was the VP/GM of Integrated Solutions and Global Marketing at BD from August 2013 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategic direction and roadmap for the Global Medication Management Solutions business unit to achieve a 6%+ annual revenue growth and ~8% OIBT annual improvement. Thomas also led the delivery of the 3-year annual strategic plan for the Medication Management Solutions business to drive growth through innovation, geographic expansion, new markets and competitive differentiation.

Under Thomas's leadership, the Medication Management Solutions business unit transformed from two standalone businesses with over 15 distinct products in the portfolio to a Connected Medication Management Platform that delivers value beyond individual medication devices through integration, interoperability, analytics and services. Thomas also launched BD HealthSight, a new informatics platform within BD, which advanced BD from product innovation to category innovation leadership, a first for BD.

In their role as Global Marketing & US Region lead for Medication Management Solutions, Thomas was responsible for commercial planning and launch of NPD, go to market strategy and messaging for approximately ~$2.2 billion of the annual revenue, execution of RFPs, ROI tool, Market Intelligence, External Communications, Evidence Generation, HEOR, US Region Marketing Plan and Sales training.

Thomas has a proven track record of driving growth and transformation in medical device and software businesses. Thomas is a strategic thinker with a strong track record of execution and delivery. Thomas's experience in leading complex global organizations and launching new products and platforms will be invaluable in their new role at iA.

In this role, they managed a team of over 180 resources and was responsible for developing budgets and financial plans. Brian was also responsible for increasing call center operational margins by 8%. Brian has proven himself to be a successful leader and negotiator, and has built strong relationships with different business units to create a broad portfolio of services. Brian is an expert in their field, and has demonstrated their ability to meet FDA regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards. Brian is committed to ensuring that customer expectations are met, and that revenue goals are attained.
