Elly James

Elly James has over a decade of experience in the insurance and travel sectors, currently serving as Manager of People Enablement at IAG since May 2020, where responsibilities also include roles in People, Customer & Communications and Partnering & Automation. Prior experience at CGU Insurance from 2013 to May 2020 includes positions as Team Manager, Entitlement Review Specialist, Technical Manager, RTW Case Manager for Victoria, and Case Manager for Workers Compensation in Canberra. Elly began a career in travel as a Sales Consultant at STA Travel from 2012 to 2013. Elly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, attained in 2012.
