Monique Robben

Monique Robben has extensive experience in people enablement, learning design, and marketing, currently serving as Lead People Enablement and Capability at IAG since January 2020. Previously, Monique held the position of Learning Partner and Organisational Instructional Designer at Livestock Improvement Corporation from October 2015 to January 2020. Earlier roles include Marketing and Events Manager & Executive Support and Marketing and Events Coordinator & Executive Support at Star Underwriting Agents Auckland and New Zealand, respectively. Monique's career also includes positions as an Office Administrator at Winsborough Ltd, Account Manager at SpiriTel and Mobotel, and various roles at Leading Edge Communications from 2003 to 2008. Monique holds a Diploma in Arts with a focus on Creative Writing from Massey University and completed education at Fraser High School and Maeroa Intermediate.
