Christine Stasi

Group Executive, People Performance & Reputation at IAG Limited

Christine joined IAG in November 2019 as Group Executive, People, Performance & Reputation. In this role, she is responsible for the functions of People & Culture, Corporate Affairs, Safer Communities, the Australian Business Roundtable for Disaster Resilience & Safer Communities and the IAG Foundation.

Christine has over 25 years of broad industry experience in financial services, professional consulting services and telecommunications. Her career includes extensive international experience working with global teams across multiple regulatory and employment jurisdictions.

She has broad and deep human resources expertise, and has led organisational initiatives including mergers and acquisitions and implementing remuneration frameworks. Christine is also experienced in designing change and capability frameworks and company-wide culture programs.

Before joining IAG, Christine was Executive General Manager Human Resources for the Business and Private Bank and Institutional Banking & Markets divisions of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Previous roles include executive human resources positions at National Australia Bank’s Business Bank division, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Law Society of Upper Canada and Optus Singtel.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters in Industrial Relations, Strategic HR Management from Harvard University. She is continuing studies in neuro-science and positive psychology.
