Thilde Restofte Pedersen

Thilde Restofte Pedersen serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Nordic Signals Consulting since June 2022 and is a Board Member at Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail since September 2023. Previously, Thilde held multiple leadership roles at Banedanmark from May 2017 to June 2022, including Programme Director and Head of Programme Management Office, where responsibilities encompassed transforming a project-driven organization into a structured program for the Danish Signalling Programme. Thilde's earlier experience includes serving as Lead Auditor at Rigsrevisionen, where oversight of government investment projects was key, and as Head of Section in the Ministry of Education, focusing on student support and system digitalization. Thilde holds a Master’s degree in History and Public Administration from Roskilde University, earned between 1997 and 2004.
