Mike Declerck

Mike Declerck is the current Vice President of Professional Services at iBASEt. Prior to their current position, Declerck served as a Senior Delivery Manager at Kinaxis from December 2015 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing large scale software deployments leveraging RapidResponse software. Mike also developed a Project Lessons Learned procedure to support continuous improvement initiatives.

From July 2006 to November 2015, Declerck worked as Manufacturing Manager II at Southco, Inc. In this role, they managed the overall manufacturing operations which included Die Casting, Stamping, Cold Heading, Turning, Finishing and Assembly at the Honeoye Falls facility. Mike also maintained adherence to the established Budget and set priorities and goals to exceed Scorecard metrics within Operations. Additionally, Declerck served as the Global Lead for a Business Process Network focusing on strategic planning, benchmarking and global standardization.

Prior to their work at Southco, Inc., Declerck served as Product Manager at Crosman Corp. from May 2003 to July 2006 and as Manufacturing Quality Supervisor at MKS Instruments from February 2001 to May 2003. Mike began their career as a Project Engineer at Ultrafab from June 2000 to January 2001.

Mike Declerck has an MBA in Business from St. John Fisher University, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MA in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology from SUNY Brockport. Mike also has a BA in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta. Mike is certified as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from the Scrum Alliance and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. Mike is also certified as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
