Charlotte Kachold

Charlotte Kachold has extensive experience in administrative support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant and Chief of Support Staff to the CEO at IBEX since August 2016. Prior to this, Charlotte worked at Time Warner Cable from October 2010 to August 2016 as a Department Coordinator for Customer Care, where responsibilities included managing calendars, travel planning, and developing client relationships. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant/Analyst for Corporate Communications at Sallie Mae from January 2008 to October 2010, and as an Administrative Assistant III at AOL from July 2006 to December 2007. Charlotte holds education credentials from Penn State World Campus, completed between 2009 and 2012.
