Jose Amador

Jose Amador is an accomplished director with extensive experience in client services and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at ibex since June 2018, Jose manages critical client relationships for major programs, including FedEx and Allstate. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Foundever, overseeing a team of over 1900 employees and managing accounts such as AT&T and Capital One, and Regional Performance Director for LATAM, where responsibilities included performance infrastructure development across several countries. Previous experience includes a marketing role at Toyota and sales support for Dell Technologies in Latin America. Jose holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Post Graduate degree in Strategic Management from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnologia, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising Management from Universidad del Istmo.
