Joy Dettorre

Joy Dettorre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development. With a Doctorate in Education from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in International Human Resources Management from Florida International University, Joy has served as a Global Human Resources Leader at IBM from January 2006 to October 2017, where responsibilities included designing data-driven HR solutions and implementing global talent strategies for a large workforce. Joy advanced through various HR roles in multiple global business units, managing programs related to compensation, leadership development, and succession planning for over 50,000 employees. Currently, Joy serves as a Board Member at Florida International University.
