Rūta Laurikaitytė-Franckevičė

Rūta Laurikaitytė-Franckevičė is currently a Test Automation Lead and Senior QA Engineer at IBM, where they develop and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines. Previously, Rūta worked as a QA Engineer at Ruptela and held various roles in testing and project management across different companies, including leading software testing initiatives at ATEA Lietuva and managing export projects at AKSA. Rūta earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Kaunas University of Technology. They are an ISTQB® certified tester and are recognized for their self-motivation, creativity, and analytical thinking.
