Greg Hopkins is a seasoned user researcher and project manager with extensive experience in improving user experiences across various sectors. Currently serving as a Staff User Researcher at Ibotta, Inc., Greg leads comprehensive research initiatives to enhance consumer engagement and revenue generation for the mobile app. As a User Research Consultant for U.S. Digital Response, Greg focuses on improving Medicaid renewal rates through identifying usability issues.
