David Small

David Small is an experienced commercial manager currently employed at Ibsecad since August 2014, where the focus is on integrating design and people. Prior to this role, David held the position of quantity surveyor at ASM Engineering Ltd from December 2005 to August 2014. David holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying, obtained from the University of Westminster between 2003 and 2007. Additional educational experience includes attendance at West Herts College.
