Alexa O'Connor

Alexa O'Connor currently serves in Alternative Investments Distribution at iCapital since October 2025. Prior to this role, Alexa was an Associate at AlphaSights from July 2023 to October 2025, where the company specializes in connecting investors and business leaders with essential knowledge. Additional experience includes a Capital Markets Internship at Affirm in the summer of 2022 and a Wealth Management Internship at Morgan Stanley from June 2021 to February 2022. Alexa also held the position of Sisterhood Chair for Alpha Phi International Fraternity from September 2020 to September 2021. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completed in May 2023, following attendance at Northern Valley Regional High School, where graduation occurred in June 2019.
