Courtney Foster

Courtney Foster possesses extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO at ICF since May 2009. Prior to this role, Courtney worked as the Office Manager for Engineering at Network Solutions from August 2006 to February 2009, and as an Administrative Assistant at National Economic Research Associates from February 1998 to July 2006. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and completed studies at Notre Dame of Maryland University from 1994 to 1998.
