Al Smith

Al Smith is currently the Chief Technology Officer at iCIMS. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Revitas from April 2011 to November 2014. Before that, they were the Director of Optim Engineering at IBM from September 2007 to May 2011. Al was also the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Princeton Softech from November 2005 to September 2007 and the Director of the Applied Technology Office at HP Software from April 2004 to November 2005. Prior to that, they were the CTO of HP Management Software (OpenView) at Hewlett Packard Management Software from January 2001 to December 2004.

Al Smith attended Rutgers University - Camden, where they studied business administration and management. After graduation, they worked in various businesses in the administration and management field.

They are on a team with Charles Mah - Chief Customer Officer, Laura Coccaro - Chief People Officer, and Amy Schultz - SVP, Financial Operations. Al Smith reports to Steve Lucas, Chief Executive Officer.
